Background:
The Ropsley Church of England Primary School is a beautiful stone built village lying about six miles east of Grantham. The village has developed in recent years to accommodate new families moving into the area and housing has reflect this. The village church of St Peter is set picturesquely at the heart of the community and the village amenities consists of public houses, a garage, a playing fields and play area, an attractive and well used village hall and a thriving playgroup. The school building has three classrooms, a hall, library area, staff accommodation and an information and communication technology suite containing computers, which have access to the internet. The school curriculum covers the following subjects: literacy, numeracy, science, information and communication technology, religious education. The school aims to provide a caring, secure and positive environment.
