Background:
This school is a Community Primary School taking boys and girls between the ages of four to 11 Years. This is a day school having no religious affiliation. There are 14 classes, which means there are two classes in each year group. To enhance the learning experience within the school, the school offers a wide range of out of school activities. These include visits to a diverse range of places. Such visits include local surveys, day trips and the weeklong residential trip for our Year 6 pupils'. Pupils' are also offered the opportunity to learn a musical instrument such as brass, woodwind, strings and keyboard and can take Grade Exams for the Associated Board of the Royal Schools of Music. These clubs are very important part of the school curriculum giving pupils' the chance to develop particular interest and skill.
