Background:
St George's College of Technology is a mixed 11 to 18 specialist comprehensive school, with Technology College status. There are two sports hall, which can accommodate sports and activities such as basketball, badminton, volleyball, gymnastics and dance. It also has a new health and fitness suite providing opportunities for individual fitness. The college provides an excellent range of extra-curricular activities and all students are encouraged to participate. These activities include aerobics, athletics, brass band, computer club, educational visits, softball, tennis, hockey and modern languages club. The school aims to provide a calm, positive and purposeful environment.
